Who we are
Designed Solutions Africa (DSA) is a private limited liability company registered in Kenya.
Founded in 2006, we are a unique consulting firm that focuses primarily on providing capacity building solutions to the non-profit sector in Eastern Africa. We are a small, tightly focused organization, keen and able to form close relationships with each client and to fully customize our services to each client’s individual need.
We offer services in the following focus areas: Sustainable Organizational Change, Learning and Training (Capacity Building), Group Processes and Project Work
Our Team
Designed Solutions Africa’s consultants bring together innovative approaches and a wealth of expertise in learning design, human resources development, organizational dynamics and participatory group processes to help clients co-operatively develop and apply best professional practices in the management of their people, processes and projects.

Designed Solutions Africa offers a basket of mixed talents and experiences in client engagement processes. Our Consultants includes dedicated project managers, researchers, trainers and service development specialists. They focus on assisting organizations to implement some of the field’s latest and most practical strategies and tools.
